Joel Colman

Joel is our Business Development Manager, and brings his over 20 years of experience in the financial industry with over 15 years in the residential mortgage field to our clients. Joel is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and actively acts as a first time home buyer’s specialist.

Joel is known for his superb customer service, as he walks his clients throughout the entire mortgage process, and our clients love the fact that he is fluent in English & Spanish. Joel takes great pleasure in helping his customers fulfill the American dream of homeownership. Joel makes it his mission to simplify the loan process and deliver a closed loan, without any surprises.

Joel is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), 2018 Past President of the Westchester/Bronx chapter of NAHREP, New York Association of Mortgage Brokers, Women’s Council of Realtors, Westchester Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, McLean Avenue Merchant’s Association.
